We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Termination

SYNOVEXION may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unlawful activity. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial regulations and the jurisdiction in which SYNOVEXION is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations before formal proceedings.
